The track starts at the middle station of the Gaislachkoglbahn and is also in operation once a week in the evening. If you prefer to walk, you can look forward to cleared and signposted winter hiking trails in Sölden. The paths lead in all degrees of difficulty through snow-covered forests, over snow-covered meadows and to beautiful alpine pastures and huts. Ski touring or cross-country skiing is also possible in and around Sölden. The cross-country ski trail is only a short walk from the Pension Birkenheim.
